This property was situated in a perfect location for traveling on the blue line train, buses and even walking distance to a lot sightseeing locations. The hotel was very accessable from the airport using the blue line. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel has been reburbished beautifully. Staff have been amazing letting us hang out in the lounge waiting for our train departure. Great location, fantastic cafe next door, great bars in the area. Only a short walk to Michigan Avenue for hop on hop off bus.

Enjoyable stay at friendly hotel - the hotel is located within walking distance of key attractions - the shedd aquarium, millennium park and the bean, the chicago riverwalk etc - always seemed safe, plenty of eating options. Particularly enjoyed breakfast at Meli cafe which is next door.

This was our first time staying at this hotel & we were very happy with our decision to book a room there! It was easy to get to - we are not familiar with downtown Chicago, so having it be easy to find was huge! The staff was super kind & accommodating! Shout out to Al, Showtime & Mike! Our room was very nice! Clean & well decorated & the huge windows overlooked Dearborn and it was so pretty!! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!!

We loved the large room--ours had plenty of sunlight. The bed was comfortable, we liked the convenience of having a mini-fridge and microwave, the bathroom was large (ours could use more counter space), and the shower was very nice. We walked out the door to bars, restaurants and cafes. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice character building near Field Museum and Art Institute. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our view was on an alley looking at a wall, but we weren't there for our hotel view. And I would have liked a big tub instead of just a shower but not a deal breaker. All in all an excellent say in Chicago.

I stayed at the Hotel Blake in early November 2023 and it was a great experience. We arrived at the break of dawn and the hotel was kind enough to give us in early check-in. The location is in the South Loop and is near the blue and red lines for easy public transportation. The staff were all very kind and helpful with everything. It’s close enough to the Loop but definitely much quieter. Would definitely recommend to others.
