This hotel was excellent. We arrived close to 1am but had been able to check in online previously. When getting keys from the front desk, they helped us with putting in a breakfast room service order and listing out the amenities of the hotel. We had a great view of the river and we utilized the walkable distance to the L (train) throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again! Very clean and great service.

Our first downtown Chicago stay and we had a fabulous time. Clean and spacious room. Loved the decor. Fast and secure elevators. Room service was better than we expected! Very convenient location to Riverwalk and only a 20 minute walk to Chicago 360!

Our reservation was canceled via email right before check in time after we had already traveled to the city. The staff that we spoke to said they canceled it because they were overbooked and they didn’t have to help us find other accommodations, and that they would be offering no solutions. We were treated very rudely. It was a very busy weekend and we were not able to find another place to stay at the last minute.

All the staff are very courteous and helpful. The location is perfectly located in walking distance to all restaurants and sights. I only wish bar hours started a bit earlier. Otherwise one of the most pleasant stays I've had in a major downtown city.
