I got a free $10 voucher upon arrival to spend in the kiosk shop near the front reception. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me directions and looked up a local map on her computer. I was quite impressed. Enjoyed the room and will be back again!

I had an excellent experience staying here on a recent vacation. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. There is 24/7 front desk and keyed entry which made me feel very safe. You caab walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions esily and I felt safe enough to do so alone. The building is not the newest and you can sometimes hear people in the halls or walking above you, but it is clean and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Easy walk to the United center! The artwork was unique and very cool. The staff were the nicest people I’ve ever met!!!! Only complaint is the bathrooms were very small.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Chicago West Loop. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The rooms are in good condition, while the building is old, the rooms are furnished nicely. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean and well lit. The surrounding area was safe and easy to navigate, I comfortably walked to the nearby Target and public transit stations. If back in Chicago, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Decided to book a room last minute to stay after a concert at United Center. Location was great, staff friendly and cute rooms. Almost cheaper than an Uber in/out of city!

I really liked this hotel! I stayed for 1 night for the Justin Timberlake concert at the united center and was able to walk there and back after the concert ended 😎 The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable- staff was friendly and helpful and I will definitely stay here again for my next concert at the united center!
