Great stay for United Center Event

Hotel Chicago was an ideal stay close to the United Center. The event was walking distance, the hotel was simple yet chic and the service was excellent.

Proximity to the United Center is the best thing this hotel has going for it. No parking. No valet. Loud inside the rooms. Fairly priced though. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t terrible. Very whelmed from the experience.

Front desk staff was a 10. But the room is smaller than my kitchen at home and the tv barely worked . The sink and toilet had poor plumbing and the shower was like showering in a shoe box . Parking was ok . The staff made the stay a great one otherwise it’s not built for big people
