For one night stay that cost as much as two nights in a much nicer hotel in Milwaukee, I was very disappointed and will not be staying here again. No parking was available, despite just discussing the garage next door that morning. It was closed, and apparently “that happens”. The lobby smelled like weed. Thin walls, heard every unpleasant noise in and outside the hotel. No soap in the dispenser in the shower, and hardly any water pressure. Worn out furniture, floor was pulling apart. The bed was comfortable, but neither of us liked the pillows. The staff wasn’t very friendly either. They did have free cookies, so there’s that. Being a Hawks fan, I was hoping to find a hotel I like since it’s close to the UC. This one is not one I will pick again.

It was a small, European style room, while it was smaller than I’m used to; I made it work. The conditions and staff were excellent and while I do like more space, I wouldn’t be unhappy to stay here again.

It was ok.
It was normal, nothing special about the hotel. Room was super small and had a big refrigerator in it which was weird. Staff was kind. Staff did not know about parking structure.

Overall the stay was great. We travelled in for one night for a concert at United Center. Pros: Easy check in/out Drink/snacks available for purchase Bed is comfortable Staff was wonderful & pleasant Great walking distance to United Center Artwork on wall was beautiful Cons: Shower drain was damaged but usable (more of an aesthetic issue) There was construction directly outside of the room that started at 7:00 AM Noise level varies, sometimes easy to hear other occupants in hall/rooms Parking was $10 more than listed on their site None of these crucially impacted our stay but were things we noticed!

Nice stay! Great location!
This was our 2nd time staying here and it was another great experience. We stayed in the micro room and yes the name speaks for itself micro. It was cute, cozy, clean, and compact. The room has everything you need except a floor length mirror but it was 1 right outside our door in the hallway. They also provide free coffee all day and a light breakfast w/ on the go snacks. The location is everything. You do have to pay like $35 on the ramp and there's no "in/out" option but there's free parking on Paulina which is right around the corner. All in all I'd definitely stay again!

Staff was very nice and was always probiding us water and snacks. Love how they have a breakfast snack area with coffee choices. Downfall was that my email was used after my check in for another customer which was weird, but no charges or anything on my card.
