Bad sound insulation
All good except that I couldn't sleep all night due an intense noise issue. For my entire stay there and at all hours I heard sounds that like someone was bowling or dragging furniture around right above my room going off every 2 to 15 minutes. The front desk said it might be because the room is next to the elevator and sounds get channeld into it. They did refund me the $20-ish "urban stay fee" but really I think they should fix the noise insulation in their rooms.

One Night Business Stay in Chicago
I only stayed one night but had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is central located with lots to do, see and eat within walking distance. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels, personal care items and clean. Would definitely recommend and come back.

My stay was a 4.8 out of 5 stars… I really wanted it to be 5, but unfortunately, right when I got up to the room, I wasn’t able to flush the toilet… When I told the front desk about the toilet, they said they’d send someone in 15-20 minutes later. After waiting about 30-40 minutes for someone, I ended up falling asleep… when I woke up, the toilet unfortunately still hadn’t been fixed. So I called the front desk when I woke up about 2 hours later, to which it was resolved within 15 minutes later.
