This is usually my weekend stay hotel,this stay was very distasteful.The room wasn’t clean it was hair in both the sink and the shower and the beverage cups from previous guest were still on the nightstands it wasn’t at clean standards at all.Then when I spoke to the front desk attendant about my concerns so just looked at me and said awe ok like what was she suppose to do.The room key giving didn’t give me access to the room so I had to go up and down twice to gain access to the room it was my worst experience EVER!

Great view - very aesthetic lobby area - nice rooms - close to navy pier - I came for a concert & it was just a 15 minute safe & easy walk across the street haha. Felt the price for the quality was amazing.

Shower was broken in my room and would only produce scalding hot water or ice water. Not kidding, when I stuck my hand under the water for literally a second, it came back bright red. This is even after adjusting the nob and waiting for it to fix. I told the front desk because this made the shower unusable and unsafe (seriously, a person could be badly hurt). I wasn’t offered another room, they just said they’d have someone try to fix it. Second day I was there, still not fixed. Spent $500 for a crappy bed in a tiny room and having to bathe in the sink. Contacted management to ask for even just a partial refund for the fact that I couldn’t bathe properly in their room. No response. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was still broken. Do not recommend.
