We didn’t have any problems with this hotel, I had originally booked a double bed, but when I got there they told me that they where out so they gave me a room with two beds. I was fine with that no complaints there. We get to the room and the bedroom we got where nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We also checked out beds and there was hair in our beds from head to pubic. We went back down and requested another bed and they had also told us that the rooms we saw where suits not regular rooms. But the room we first got was terrible. It looked like we went to the cheapest hotel we could possibly find and looked run down. We where given a new room that had two bed but on floor 4 which was SOO much better. Looked more like what we paid for and saw. Make sure to just double check the room you are purchasing before making your payment!! But the hotel was very nice besides that one bedroom.

The staff was great. Check in and out was a breeze and the night that we did use overnight parking, the valet was quick to retrieve the vehicle. Just a few things that could be worked on. The small details in the bathroom, such as chipping and peeling of paper on the walls. We used the shampoos and soaps and made coffee in the morning.But after maid came in and straightened to the room, she did not replenish any for the following morning.

We've stayed at Hotel Lincoln a few times for business. Great location. We had 3 parkview rooms, great views. Each room had problems regulating temperature, were very loud and ran all that time. The bathtubs were a bit clogged when taking a shower. Overall, I would stay here again because of vicinity, pet friendly, great coffee at Elaine's, and the vibe is cool. Just wasn't as clean and comforting as previous stays.

Great hotel with great service

Front desk (Courtney) was amazing. Friendly, informative (recommended some restaurants nearby) and welcoming. Good first impression for the hotel. Room was clean and efficient.

The stay was good overall, with two exceptions. Early in the day I requested an early check-in by one hour. When I got the email that my room was ready, it was actually 45 minutes AFTER the regular check-in time. Also, the shower had no warm water.

Overall the experience was ok

The view from our room was great! The staff were friendly enough; however, when we arrived we were told our room would not be ready until 4pm (although the app reported our room ready at 3pm). We had to be at an event at 5pm so we felt rushed to get ready. When asked about valet, we were told the charge was $30something w/out in and out privileges. They charged us $68 anyway stating that was their policy. Overall the experience was OK.
