This is a great property in the heart of downtown. The rooms are large for a city hotel and all the staff was very helpful! And great breakfast that is included!

Customer service was top rated. Jasmine at the front desk went above and beyond. Incredibly nice and helpful. She was super friendly. Jesus at the bar was amazing. His drinks were great and he was very friendly. I only wish they had vending machines and Diet Coke in the grab and go. Make sure not to miss the breakfast buffet. Thank you Riu. I will be back

I grabbed this hotel because of the incredible sale price but it was much more than I anticipated! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, from the lobby to the halls and room. I mistakenly got a king room instead of two queens for my daughter and I but it worked out perfectly!! Couch in the room for eating and lounging. Two other pluses…. Directly across from Garrett’s Popcorn, a few steps from Michigan Ave., one block from the AMC on Michigan (terribly run down)

This hotel is new to Chicago and was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and made you feel welcome. The facility is very eco friendly and clean. The breakfast was fab! Many food options - clean buffet and eating area.

Friendly staff, clean, helpful and kind staff. I disappointed that the roof top was not open and was told it was under construction. Breakfast provided was very good offering great and fresh food.
