Just ok

Property describes itself as very upscale. It was a nice hotel with a great buffet breakfast. I thought the people working there were not the friendliest and the lobby/bar inviting to hang out. I read about the rooftop bar - that wasn't open when we came. There are so many nice hotels with a similar price point, I think I’d rather stay where people r actually glad to see us.

Amazing property. Loved the amenities and the options to cast your streaming apps from my phone without having to login. My only disappointment was the expensive hotel bar.

Good downtown hotel

The hotel is very clean and has a luxury feel. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The gym is smaller than what I anticipated but an okay facility. Water pressure was low in the room and our door in the bathroom would not lock. Overall it was a good stay in a great location.

The hotel was perfect specially the customer service was great. It was clean, quiet, and in a good location. The breakfast was worth it with so many options! I highly recommend it! I will go back whenever I visit Chicago again!
