Overall, the stay was enjoyable. Nice facilities. We really enjoyed the Rooftop restaurant on our first night. Suggestions for improvement include offering a variety of pillow options (preferably down alternatives), a microwave in the room, and vending or self-serve options for water or snacks. My son had to go to a 7-Eleven for water and Gatorade (even though we are club members). The night staff informed me that only one bottle of water was complimentary. I would have gladly paid for one, but that apparently wasn't an option either.

Needs some improvement but overall OK.

TV was non-existent for those who don't have streaming TV. Only one channel available. Bed was too soft and could use a firmer mattress. Otherwise, nice hotel with a great rooftop restaurant and excellent food, but slow overworked service. Twice we had to find our server simple because they were too busy.

Fantastic hotel at the Mag Mile area. New, clean, safe, friendly staff. Very walkable and safe area. For those who need parking, the iParkit facility in St. Clair st is right across the street. I loved my time here.

Had to unload my own luggage and no parking , no valet service. The parking they did offer was self park using an App that doesnt work unless you have a U.S. zip code. So useless for internstional travellers. Had to use the valet service for the hotel accross the street!
