Great but...poor water pressure

Overall, it was a great experience — the hotel and service were excellent. The only letdown was the poor water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, there just wasn’t enough water flow to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing shower, which was a bit disappointing.

La estancia muy cómoda , lo único realmente incómodo es el tiempo que tardan en bajar los elevadores , sobretodo a la hora de los desayunos Pareciera que a esa hora solo funcionan 2 de los 4 que tienen . El personal muy atento y servicial

I give this property a four star rating overall. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The buffet was redundant and lacked creativity. The staff was not too friendly. Beginning from the doorman who never smiled and was mean if anyone touched the revolving door. To the People in the front desk, they just seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. Not too friendly
