Not worth the money
Hotel states that they offer parking on site... beware its a parking garage that's far off and is extremely confusing to get in and out of. There's no signs. Our room was extremely tiny & the noise from outside was horrible. I must've waken up anywhere from 5-6x during the night. I'm a very light sleeper so i could hear everything since our room was right next to the elevator. I would never stay here again. I woke up in the morning with a headache due to lack of sleep. The only thing good about this hotel is the 12pm late checkout.

Property is in the process of updating. Not much you can do to improve on the size of the rooms. Bathrooms need overhaul. Showerhead isn’t high enough for a short lady!

Adequate, older room, with an old bathroom. The hotel offered cleaning/tidying service only every 3 days. The sole elevator was regularly out of service, and the hair dryer did not work. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was good.

Great location - conveniently located in Lincoln Park with lots of restaurants & stores nearby. Also very walkable to the lake. Hotel has a very funky, cool vibe and we were very excited to stay there. Room was definitely not what was expected. Room was expensive (almost $500/night) then paid for upgrade to 'executive suite,' which turned out to be quite small & literally looked out on a brick wall. The only thing that made it an 'executive suite' was the mini fridge, micro & coffee maker in the closet. I had valet parked my car (for $58 a night) during 3 night stay. I realized on Saturday that the Chicago Marathon would be occurring the next day & hotel was just outside marathon route. The parking lot for the hotel was in the middle of the marathon loop. I asked if I should go ahead & move my car to a different lot OUTSIDE of the marathon loop, as I needed to be able to drive my car to O'Hare at noon on Sunday. I was assured that there was a valet on duty 24/7 and that they would move my car out of the lot and in front of the hotel once the city started to put up barricades so that it would not be trapped and inaccessible. Of course, my car was NOT moved in time and was trapped and inaccessible until 2pm on Sunday. So I had to pay almost $100 each way to Venmo to get to and from O'Hare to assist friend arriving on crutches. Spoke with manager upon return to hotel to pick up car. She only offered to take $30 off the valet charge. Very disappointing, expensive stay.

Clearly a lot of money was spent to fix up the entrance to the hotel in the lobby. But the elevator, for example, broke down twice while we stayed there for three days. The rooms in the hallways are still old and have not been updated. No mini fridge in the room. This was a very expensive hotel for looking as old as it does

The hotel is convenient to Wrigley Field. The room is a bit worn and shabby, particularly for the price, although I suspect it is competitively priced for the area. The elevator was broken for a portion of my stay. I was fine with the stairs but that could be an issue for other guests.

Great location with tons of shops, restaurants and easy access to buses etc.. staff was very nice, especially Joshua who helped us change rooms after a really loud night in a street facing executive room. The noise is pretty intense so be sure to bring ear plugs or ask for a quieter room. Rooms are basic but functional but older and need updating.

this is my 2nd time staying and great alike my 1st time!! I booked a bigger room this time and it had a cRAZy amount of room which i loved. bath room was also bigger which i loved. The bathrooms don’t have fans so for the smaller bathrooms it’ll be super steamy. but with the larger one it wasn’t as bad! i made sure to use some warm water rather than all hot. and the toilets take a while to fill back up. but honestly i can deal with it bc i love the location and how everything i like is near, everything is clean and comfy, and the staff are super nice!!
