overall a great spot. valet was awesome and efficient. when i pulled out the bench under the entertainment center, it was a layer of dust and a crumbs and a dead bug. that got me. ik you can ask for towels but in a multiguest room, have more than one towel readily available. the body wash dispenser was empty. staff was very kind!

Hotel room was a solid size for being in downtown Chicago and one of the few properties that had two queen size beds instead of doubles. Bed was comfortable. Overall for the loop area it was a good option. Would stay here again

48 hour trip

Great place to stay for a quick 48 hour trip. It’s in more of a business area but still walkable to everything. The hotel does look a little older than i expected but was still clean and the service was phenomenal.

Early check-in doesn’t exist…..I asked for it and got a text at 2:58pm. Official check-in is 3:00pm. I expected more. The sheet on my bed was ripped and coffee maker dirty. I would not stay here again. Overpriced for what’s provided. Room decor could use some refreshing.
