The property was the perfect location for our needs. So close to the train and to all the locations we needed to walk to. The only downside was that there was no shower curtain and they were unable to get one for us in time.

I stay here each time I’m in Chicago for work which is quarterly. It is by far my favorite place to stay and you can’t beat the parking situation!

The reception service during the day was wonderful, but the room service was bad and the desk service at night was not regardfull. The room has only one air condition exit and this air exit is above the bed, was terrible to stay on the bed while the air was turned on, since we have two babies and now one of them is sick. The window black doesn't work very well, the room gets bright, since they have installed two lights outside. The parking is good, very close and the price is competitive since once you are in Chicago.

Crap Place
1st room we got we opened the fridge and cut our finger because of glass on the top handle. The open fridge then smelled really bad. Then we tried to leave and somebody else cut their finger on the door handle which fell off. Staff didn't seem to care and their first aid kit didn't have band aids? Also, tried too hard for "newer technology". Elevators are pretty dumb.

Overall a great stay and easy walk to the show at the United Center. At times the elevators were really backed up and very slow. Took me 20 minutes to get down to the car and back this morning from the 6th floor.

Great location, architecturally the building is beautiful. Nice size rooms especially for a small group. Very nice and I highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

The floor in the entry of our room was very sticky. I got in the shower only to find out both containers of shampoo and body wash were empty. Ordered food from the restaurant- not given napkins with the food, no paper towels ir napkins in the room; difficult when eating fries and a cheeseburger
