The Good and The Bad at the Hyatt House
I’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was not as good as I have experienced in the past. I had asked for room service each day but it was spotty service. I expected the beds to be made and the room to be cleaned. That had not happened. Otherwise, the hotel is comfortable. The beds are comfy and I was able to create meals using the microwave in the room. Loved that! It was also pretty quiet.

The bed and mattresses are not comfortable, in the bathroom there is no suction and ventilation, housekeeping refused to give me extra towels and they want me to call the operator instead.

My overall stay at the Hyatt House was okay. The only complaints I have is the cleanliness of the hotel room. There were a few spots on the linen. Also, the shower matt was very dirty I had to clean it myself.

Bring an air mattress!
Fold out couch bed was horrible! Mattress was super thin - you could feel the fold out platform. No bedding provided. Had to call front desk multiple times.
