This hotel chain is normally excellent. However, this location was not. Although the staff was friendly, the overall experience needs improvement. The rooms were not the cleanest. The carpet in the room and hallway were covered with stains and the hallway had a smell.

I was getting locked out of my room every time I went out of the room on the first day. Did not have towels and body wash when moved into the room. Room service never came over the weekend to pick up dirty towels and replace new towels or to make bed. Had to ask the front desk each of these things to be done.
