I had a very disappointing stay. Despite multiple requests, I was never given fresh sheets during my time at the hotel. The lady at the front was also rude when we asked if we could get new sheets after coming back to the hotel and seeing that the bed sheets nor the towels had been changed.

Very Disappointed

The hotel needs to be updated. I was disappointed in the hotel overall. Unlike the Hyatt Places I’ve stayed in previously this hotel & the breakfast left something to be desired. Will not stay again until this place is renovated.

Guy who checked me in didn’t seem like he enjoyed working there. Not personable and when asked what food the restaurant serves, his response was- in all honesty they serve frozen foods here. Not great for business! Bathroom floor is dirty and bath mat. Michelle was the only one who was hospitable and accommodating.

Most disappointing Hyatt I have stayed. Seemed to be very short staffed. I only saw 2 staff members in 3 days. There’s no housekeeping service. The whole building is dirty and in disrepair. TV cable service was in and out like a poor connection. The bed was old and squeaky and uncomfortable. I feel I greatly overpaid for what was received. It didn’t feel like a Hyatt at all. The area felt safe and there was a Starbucks across the street that was open early so that was good.

Everything was. Fine minus the checking in portion. I was accused of not paying and was asked to show my bank transactions on my phone to prove that I paid. After I showed I paid, I was still accused of not paying. Once I was told they would walk to me my room, I need to go outside and bring my two small children inside. As I walked in to the hotel, my family member was checking in and I said hello. As I said hello, the lady behind the counter looked at my family member and said oh she is not happy with us right now. She was so rude and unprofessional. Me and other family members will never stay at this Hyatt because of her and her rudeness ever again.

Reserved a room with a king bed. We went to the room and got a room with two double beds. The tv didn’t work, so called down to front desk and found the phone didn’t work either. Went back down stairs to front desk and got another room. Went to the new room and called down to get an extra towel. No one answered the phone. Had to go back down to front desk to pick up an extra towel. Our daughter and her family went to their room and when they opened the door they walked in on another family staying in the room.

We had to change rooms because the light was not working in the bathroom, the cupboard (which was the size so tiny it was weird) door was off its rails, there was no safe in the room, the tv is in an odd spot and the bed faces the sink and washroom? I know the tv can be tilted / turned towards the bed or the sofa bed but it didn’t work for us - still had to tilt to watch. We had booked 7-8 rooms and I had specially asked to be able to stay on the same floor at least since we can’t do too many stairs / elevator rides plus had kids. But the man at front desk was too lazy to bother so he made us stay on 4 different floors. I know guarantees mean nothing but honestly it would make sense if some form of empathy was shown instead of “it’s too much work for me”. Updates and upgrades are needed in the hotel. It was pretty old looking.
