Rooms are spacious and accommodating , staff is friendly and reliable. The breakfast spread is great. The location is perfect for dining and shopping. The WiFi did drop and stall a few times and I wish the tv was a smart one to mirror or stream but that isn’t enough for a negative for this Place. Me and the family will return for future trips.

The smelly 3rd floor
Well originally I was put on the 3rd and soon as the elevator open in was a strange smell, upon getting in my room it was also a smell. Later when I set down on the couch it stinked bad and at the point I went down stairs to bring this to staff attention and was switched to a room on ,6th floor that was much better but at this point I was very uncomfortable there but it was late and I was tired

What I didn’t like is when I checked in Sunday night that front desk staff didn’t greet when I arrived, and also when asking him question, he didn’t want to reply. But other than that my hotel experience was perfect. Comfy beds and the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel was clean and staff was EXCELLENT! Stay included one of the best FREE breakfasts of any hotel i stayed at! I inadvertently left my extra set of car keys in the room and didnt notice until we had driven 2 hours south after checkout. When i called hotel they had been found but hotel refused to mail them to me even though they still had my $50 deposit that would cover postage. I was able to retrieve them thru an acquaintance but i found this lack of consideration disturbing.

Traveling on business and transitioning to personal time. Very convenient location with easy access to all of the western Chicago suburbs. Great dining and shopping all around. The room is great, oversized with a desk area, sofa, wet bar, fridge and stand up show stall that is not a tub. Excellent value for the price in this area.

Many features are very worn out - the carpets, furniture in halls, the gym is very compact and not inviting. But nothing felt neglected. The need to request housekeeping not just "in advance" but a day before was not clear and a bit frustrating. But otherwise, it was a good stay for a good price in a convenient location for us.
