Nice place

Hotel was clean, staff was mostly friendly. Pull out bed did not have blankets, pillows etc called front desk lady switched us rooms. Went to next room same thing called again to be told we would have to go down to desk to get. A man that worked there was very helpful we stopped down for blankets, pillows and clean towels. Had to request cleaning service 24 hours in advance. Not sure but had to stop the cleaning person more than once during our stay to get toilet paper, swap towels etc since our room ran out. Hotel was busy so parking tended to be packed, had to park out back a couple times no big deal. Breakfast was same all weekend long but was plenty and good. Hotel area was safe. Shopping restraunts etc close by. Overall good stay. Would definitly give them a try again

Staff is the best. Specially the General Manager who took excellent care of our needs. Breakfast was good and plentiful. They did'nt wrap things up on dot and let people enjoy the breakfast. No complaints about the rooms. Location is great and near highways and restaurants and malls

Very nice area! Great people in the area. Hotel was pretty nice, not the best ever. Very small hotel bar and complimentary breakfast was always cleaned up prior to the hours it said it was going to be open until.

Staycation destination

The staff is amazing, Roa(?) made sone really great drinks. Everyone was great! BUT they ran out of pancakes and made biscuits as a replacement. Just not the same!! The pool area was freezing and the water was too cold for swimming. Kids didn’t even last one hour. But the time were spacious and we watched movies instead. Great staycation location.

Convenient. For price it’s fine but needs major clean and uodating: carpets in room either need deep clean or replacement - crunchy under bare feet. Lobby painting needed. One of two elevators out whole week I was there.

Late Christmas in Chicago

A 3 day weekend stay to visit family. The room was not serviced daily, so had to get fresh towels from lobby, coffee was not replenished, nor waste baskets not emptied.

We had a good stay. Staff were all friendly. Rooms seems clean but carpets needs to be cleaned. It smells. No microwave in the room. The hotel can get loud due to guests accomodations. Some guests during our stay smokes and it can get really bad. Swimming pool needs cleaning and water needs changing.
