Property is very nice and convenient for one night stay for arrivals and departures from O´Hare airport. The only drawback are breakfast times - for an airport hotel, they should arrange breakfast earlier (it starts at 6am).

The property is very dated, orientation in the room was strange. We booked last minute due to a flight cancelation. The frontndesk lady was friendly but the staff looked very unprofessional. Our room toilet was clogged and they didnt have staff so they changed the room. But they gave us a wrong rokm number so afyer walking around a whole floor and not being able to open the room door; we had to go down again to get the correct number and key. So badically took us three attempts to finally get a room that was subpar Hyatt sta dard that we have come to recognize and like. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast is included but served in cheap Styrofoam plates. Not many options for breakfast either. All in all, it was a disappointment. We only wanted to crash for a couple of hours so I didn't make a big deal of it.
