Nice Hotel, but one elevator was out of service causing some delay, shuttle was good to airport but was very hard to find from airport to hotel. Air condition is a little bit noisy but room was spacious and clean

The massage chair in the hotel didn’t work. The air-conditioning unit was really old and barely worked staff. There were really nice and polite and try to help out in whatever way they could.

Stayed here before my flight out of Chicago. Check in process was quick. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Pool and gym could use an upgrade but we were only there for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. Lots of food options within a 10 minute walking distance

I had to extend my stay for a day due to a flight cancellation, and hotel housekeeping staff didn’t bothered about cleaning the room, even after calling the front desk to at least change the towels no one showed up. Breakfast is not up to the mark.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. I appreciated very clean room and bathroom as in previous visit. The only thing I complain about is the disorganization at the shuttle (first one at 5:00 am to the Airport) I came in very early, had received a slip for my seats 1 day before and in a matter of minutes My 88 yr old mother and me were left without seats. Had to call an Uber and take my mother and two older grandparents along with me to the airport. Very bad organization of the shuttle. Should be more careful. It happened on May 23, at 5:00 am. Front desk was visible but could not do anything. There were a couple of mean customers barging against this young man who could not do anything. I was very shameful. I would still go to this hotel. Just make sure you get a seat on the shuttle bus or be prepared to call a taxi and pay.
