You can walk almost everywhere, the location is just perfect! There are a lot of good restaurants and bars around. Beautiful city view. Very nice beds and super attentive and nice staff!!

Opportunities for dining, transportation and sightseeing are excellent from this location. Only downside is street noise, but that's downtown and not the fault of hotel. They provide a white noise machine to assist. Second time here, I think there will be a third!

Great location. Room faced a dark alley, and large room size included a queen sofa/bed -- which sagged when I sat on it. Bustling crowd created more of a discount hotel vibe than I expected, having paid a 4-star price (based on many trips to Chicago). Quality was barely 3-star. Lovely dining area for breakfast, but the still-frozen mixed berries and tasteless mixed fruit were below expectations. The room was large enough for a small table and some chairs, but did not have them. Overpriced for a below-average Chicago hotel experience.

Great location for walking to restaurants, river walk, the tourist attractions and easy access to the train. Lots of great shopping nearby - perfect location and clean, safe area.
