The Hyatt / Wicker Park was nicely decorated and the valet was easy to use, convenient. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and the restaurant / bar and rooftop deck had great skyline views.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Gym well equipped. Plenty of options during Breakfast and good equality. Just wish it was served till later in the morning. I find 9 AM to be too early. Big thanks to Angelica, she was kind and helpful during breakfast.

Very nice!
Everything was good, but the only thing was in the bathroom. The faucet seemed too far away from the back of the sink, so water kept getting all over the back of the counter & the light switches in there didnt look like they were wiped down cuz there was something on them like makeup or old food. Not alot, but simply could have been wiped off. Other than that, everyone was very nice & the rooftop bar was amazing!!!! Awesome city skyline view & spacious.

Good location - about two blocks from I-90/I-94, a few miles from The Loop. Very clean and well-maintained. High level of security. Large room, with comfortable beds, couch and desk. Great view of the city - floor-to-ceiling windows.All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast included. Rooftop restaurant and bar with great views of the city. No self-parking - Valet parking only. But valet staff were very friendly and helpful. They retrieved our car quickly, and offered to help with loading/unloading onto baggage carts. In-and-out parking for the daily fee. This was our second visit to this hotel. We recommend it.
