While the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming upon check-in, the overall stay was far from pleasant. The room service phone in our room didn’t work, which was frustrating on its own. However, the real issue came one night when an intoxicated guest was causing a major disturbance in the hallway on the third floor.
This individual was extremely loud, repeatedly coming in and out of their room and waking up other guests, I personally was woken up at least five times throughout the night. Since the room phone was out of order, I had to call the front desk from my personal phone. They told me they were trying to calm the person down, but unfortunately, the situation was not handled effectively and the noise continued for hours.
Overall, the lack of action from the hotel staff and the malfunctioning in-room phone made for a very uncomfortable and exhausting night. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
