There were drink spilled in the lobby and elevators. Noticeable trash by the entrance and in the elevator. The floors were stick in the elevator. The room was clean but no microwave. The had a make up mirror but the light didn't work on it.

While the check in experience itself was smooth, we had to change rooms twice before we got the room we had booked. The front desk was understaffed and the lady assisting customers was trying to handle customers as well as calls and requests by herself, leading to confusion in designating the correct room. The public areas are large and open but there are few amenities or food available. The on site restaurant is open only for limited hours. On the plus side, the staff is courteous and the rooms were spacious.

I reserved rooms advertised for 2 Queen beds and they were clearly full beds. Not ideal for what we needed. Lobby looks nice, rooms and pool area need major updates. There were very loud guests on our floor during all hours of the night and not much was done to stop it. Not enough staff to run the joint if you ask me. Lots of waiting around for supplies, help, and check in.

Filthy. Room smelled like mold and mildew probably because there wasn’t a fan in bathroom for steam exhaust. Shower head was encrusted with mold. My niece had a hole the size of her head in her sheet with blood spots on it.

Left review last night. Awful service. Inconvenienced with going back to front desk after elevator ride and walk to room only to find key was never activated. Co worker had to go back to front desk bc their room had major maintenance issues. Elevators and floors were dirty. Rooms were extremely outdated. Not at all what was expected.

Esperaba más de Hyatt, creí que al dejar una nota previa sobre la condición en la que se encontraba mi hermano, mi acompañante en este viaje, el staff tendría un lado humano más sensible, pedí que limpiaran ambas habitaciones y ni una fue limpiada, tratamos de desayunar dos veces en el hotel y eso fue imposible, las comensales rebasaron al staff, procuraron refrescar el buffet rápido dejando aún lado la calidad, quisimos conectar una consulta oncologica mediante video llamada a la televisión para poder observar unos resultados de salud y fue imposible poder conectarnos, tenía pin la Televisión, Gm que caso tiene hacer smart un TV obsoleto mediante chromecast si lo tienes bloqueado con un pin ? Absurdo no ?
