All the check-in front staff were cranky. Nothing was mentioned about my room type I booked changing, had an issue with our mini fridge and they couldn’t even apologize for the issue that was caused. This area could have been a lot better. All other staff on the hotel were great. Friendly and courteous.

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even had a manager call late agree 11pm to follow up in experience. Will never return. Hotel was dark, limited and over priced for experiences and food.
