I liked the convenience of most everything in walking distance. I enjoyed the pool, however, I felt that there should have been an adult only time for the last hour of operation. Not everyone that goes to the establishment has or brings children. This was my first time staying at this hotel and it will definitely be my last.

I hope to be fair in my evaluation. First: The internet service is intermittent and very slow. Second: Calls are not answered (reception / room service / customer service) except after several attempts. Third: Delay in delivering the request, knowing that the hotel is not crowded according to the receptionist’s statement. Fourth: The windows are not working and need maintenance, as well as the curtains, and the situation is similar for the furniture. Compared to Intercontinental hotels in other cities, this branch is the worst (according to my personal evaluation), but the rest of the things that I did not mention are good.
