The room was very spacious, being that it was there smallest/average. It was very clean. The couch look brand new as well the carpet. They provide you with non slip socks, and a robe. They even give you free movie channels such as HBO, starz, etc. I loved everything about this hotel!! I highly recommend it

L7 gives you a feeling of a small boutique hotel in the city. Decor was well thought out and tasteful, beds were comfortable and we were welcomed with a thoughtful and unexpected gift for our anniversary. Coffee machine in lobby was fantastic. L7 is also very walkable to almost anywhere or close enough to subway to go further. Thanks for a great stay.

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window seat. Yes! There was a cushion and pillows specifically placed there to sit and enjoy the view. And oh what a view! If you're lucky enough to get a room facing the street, you'll be rewarded with a lovely view of the river and surrounding buildings. I can't say enough great things about this property. I would recommend it and when I come back to Chicago will choose it again.
