STAY HERE!

Our stay was exceptional. Super accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms are very thoughtfully and modernly designed. Valet parking is also reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The products they have for use in the bathrooms. AMAZING!! Also love the coffee and tea station in the lobby! Will be recommending!

Great location. Hotel is above average but not superb. We checked in and were given the key to our room. Upon opening the door to the room and stepping in, we realized it was not cleaned or serviced since the last guest checked out. Staff was great and got us a new room.

The valet, Antonio, rrally made the chrck in process smooth. Impressed with the rooms, linens, robes for comfort. The only downside was the sound of the el train for part of tge night.

The front desk manager went above & beyond my request on a specific room and it was perfect. But housekeeping did not replenish certain toiletries when they would clean the room, that def. needs improvement. But still glad I stayed at the L7.
