Great location, in the loop by the Chicago river. Walking distance to the Blue Line, Millennium Park, Grant Park, River Walk, Institute of Art, and many restaurants. Navy Pier and the Aquarium are also in walking distance, though a bit further. I would like to compliment Thomas at the front desk for his exceptional friendliness and service.

Amazing location!

We loved this hotel! The location was walking distance to river tours, shopping on Michigan Ave, Art Institute, Millenium Park and many excellent restaurants. It is an easy walk or a short Uber from the train station as well. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The 24/7 espresso machine was a great perk and the staff were friendly and courteous. They were happy to store our luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy our day sight-seeing without carrying luggage around. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future and I highly recommend it!

This hotel is a unique experience nestled between the popular larger brand named hotels in the area. Convenient walking distance or short Uber/Lyft rides to the majority of the attractions the area has to offer. The staff was amazing, rooms clean and spacious. We would book the L7 again without hesitation!

Loved the river view from our hotel and the comfy window seat that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of the city of Chicago. Guest services is top-notch and the valet parking very convenient with in and out service any time of day. Our time spent here for the Cubs game was wonderful (including we got the "W") thanks to the comfort of this hotel and staff! Thank you!

Location was great! We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go and the subway was just around the corner. All of the staff were extremely kind and friendly. The room was a great size, very clean and the bed was comfortable.
