Our first room had vomit on the pull out sofa that we needed. Our second room that we were moved to ...the phones didn't work, the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The place was clearly not cleaned well or maintained.

Good hotel with a few quibbles

Excellent stay, great location, good service. A little disappointing that a hotel of this caliber doesn’t offer room service, and a little annoyed to be charged for pickup coffee at the restaurant when it’s free in the lobby. These are details but irritating ones. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again!

Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 4:30pm with our kids and were told the room would be ready in 30 mins. We hung out in the lobby, kept being told the room would be ready “soon” or “in 5-10 mins.” It was finally ready at 7pm!! Beyond disappointing and the staff did very little to help.

What I enjoyed was the location and staff. GABBY, TY, and Shapiro was excellent staff members. Gabby was always cheerful, Ty was so accommodating, and Shapiro took great care of us with recommendations and directions. The only flaw is the decor. Money need to be place in the building to update the decor and torn furniture.

Hotel is wonderful. Beds are comfortable, clean rooms. Short waking distance to shops and restaurants. River is a short walk away and seeing the river turn green is an incredible sight to see. The area outside of the hotel is questionable and you have to watch your surroundings as dope feins constantly harass you. They know what’s not local so you have to be careful and keep moving. There doesn’t seems to be a police presence at all to make you feel, especially in a huge city and the fire station is close by so you hear fire trucks all night long.on a positive The food on the city is amazing! The deep dish stuffed pizza is a must try! Overall had a nice stay.
