The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the junior spa suite and the hot tub was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the rooftop and the pool! The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. Despite being in a busy city area, it was super quiet and dark at night. The area is great and it’s close to many attractions and restaurants.

Great location and rooms
Hotel is located in a perfect spot with access to theaters and shopping. There were a few broken items in the room and tv was basic. We loved the quality bedding and bathroom toiletries. Ask for a refrigerator right away if you want one. None are in the room otherwise.

Staff were courteous and nice. We were greeted with smiles every day. The restaurant attached to the hotel served excellent breakfast with reasonable price for Chicago. Pool was at perfect temperature and my boys (5 and 8) absolutely enjoyed it. Close to many sights and shopping. Just seconds away from the red line metro station and 10-15mins away from the pink, green, blue, brown, purple line. Rooms were comfortable and adequately spacious. Would highly recommend!
