Clean room, attentive staff, easy check in/out. I wish the breakfast/happy hour thing was better considering the quality of the hotel. Also, really strange they put the towels on a weird shelf under the sink and not on the bed or something. Not a good place to put clean towels.

My only complaint was the breakfast was really disappointing. Otherwise, the service was amazing, the room was very nice, and the location was perfect for us!

The Kinzie Hotel was quite accommodating letting us check in early and the room was wonderful. Nicely designed with Chicago map wallpaper even. It was well located and only a block away from a great blues club. They not only offered breakfast but also a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. Overall, the Kinzie felt hospitable and friendly unlike most city hotels.

There’s nothing really special about this hotel honestly. I’ve stayed in better hotels for other chains and would prefer those over this one. Our floor reeked of weed every day we were there, and none of the staff seemed to care or do anything about it even after being notified. Overall, nothing to write home about. It’s super loud outside between cars, and emergency vehicles driving by every 5-10 minutes. If I knew this prior, I wouldn’t have stayed here

Our stay at the Kinzie Hotel was nothing less than fantastic! The room was comfortable and clean. The staff on our arrival and departure was amazing! Can not recomend this hotel enough. This is going to be our go to hotel when visiting Chicago.

Hotel is conveniently located near main tourist attractions downtown. Room was spacious and comfortable. It's a little noisy, but not unexpected for inner city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were exceptional, a special shout out to Deandre for his welcoming demeanor. While some of the furnishings of the hotel are a bit worn, it is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the complimentary happy hour was a nice touch! We loved the location of the hotel, central to cross the river or go up to the Magnificent Mile.
