We did a Chicago “staycation” and had 2 rooms. The king room had a nice city view. The double had a view of a rooftop with equipment, so be aware that’s a possibility. The hotel is in a great location for shopping, theater, and museums with easy parking. Nice blue/gray/dark wood design scheme. Happy hour and breakfast included. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful 1-BD suite, valet parking, walk to lots of restaurants. Hotel had 5-7pm managers reception w munchies & morning continental breakfast. Wife’s favorite feature - bathrobe & swanky decor! Will be booking Kinzie for next Chicago trip!

I was very shocked on how nice and friendly they are at the hotel. They let us drop off our bags early so we can go walking and shopping downtown. Then we found they give out 2 drinks out for happy hour beer or wine. The breakfast was very good and nice. They also let us check in our bag after we check out so we can go shopping more. They offer free water bottle too. Will be coming back. The room and bathroom was very nice and comfortable

If you’re looking for a place to stay right in the heart of downtown, this hotel is perfect for the rate, happy hour two free drinks. The rooms are nice and clean and professionally decor. It’s definitely a go to if you just wanna hit the town or even if you’re on vacation

We had a nice stay at Kinzie Hotel in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. It was in a very convenient location for sightseeing along the river and eating at restaurants in River North. The room was clean and roomy for our 4-night stay, and we had no major issues. The only downside of our stay was the hotel breakfast, as the selection of food items was quite limited.

Perfect for Girls' Trip
Great location, easy check in, good value including breakfast and bottled waters, and convenient bag check if you arrive before room is ready. Also received good communication prior to arriving. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas! It is the city so be prepared to hear sirens at night and if you are on the north (alley) side, possibly trash trucks. We were off exploring and didn't make the evening reception from 5-7pm for free drinks and snacks but it's a great option. Likewise, didn't check out fitness center. Checked out 36 hours ago, still awaiting final CC charges to post so hopefully there isn't an issue with the $100 security deposit charge dropping. Would definitely stay again!
