I had a very interesting time at this “hotel”. Upon check-in, I was informed that I was going to hate where I had to park cus apparently the hotel was fully booked. I was not informed that I needed to schedule for a room cleaning nor where to take the trash. Every time I drove past guest parking it was quite empty but yet the hotel was fully booked and parking was first come first serve? Honestly, this was a terrible experience and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Nice place but poor management

We were supposed to be in a 2 bedroom room but while we were waiting for our room we were told our room was closed for maintenance so we were switched to 2 separate rooms. This was fine but the keys did not work at first and our room would not lock even when we used the deadbolt. So we called the property people and they said someone would come up right away. We waited an hour and had to call again as no one came and we couldn’t leave our room unlocked. When the maintenance guy finally came it was like he was looking for a tip from us. He said I am doing this out of courtesy but I have to get to my 2nd job. We were taken aback by this. No one seemed concerned that we could not lock our door. In addition fan in the bathroom didn’t work. TV in bedroom did not work. Given what we paid I would have expected top of the line service.
