This hotel was terrible it had nothing to offer you! No food No Bar, No information, in the room about anything, around this hotel, I made a big mistake coming here!! I will Never come to this hotel in Life!! I wish I could get my money back an they have the nerve to want a 250.00 Deposit! I did not know that!! An there is no service for what! They don't have anything here! I expected much Better, very Disappointing

Our room was very comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk from Union Station and the Lyric Opera.

When we tried to make coffee in the morning our coffee pods we already used so it was clear they did not check or replace the ones used by previous guest. Had to call down for a hair dryer. Front desk gentleman was very pleasant and friendly and helpful.
