My husband got bumps the first night. I didn’t get any nor did my child so I figured it was stress since we are moving. Then I got them. Bed bug bites.

The outside of the hotel is not very appealing and outdated. The inside is much better, clean, no unpleasant odors, the limited staff was nice. The rooms looked like there had been some updating to them, nice bath towels and plenty for my 2 day stay. Beds were pretty comfortable with plenty of pillows. Liked the small refrig,microwave and coffee maker the room offered. Having a full breskfast was a nice surprise. The only downfall was the t.v and it's ancient viewing selectionand no way to hook into watching a movie or two.I will use again. Thank you for a nice stay over the holiday.

Had to switch rooms cause of tv and some of the lights didn’t work. New room still didn’t have all working lights. There was an earring sticking straight up for the rug which stabbed me the foot the next morning. Staff were helpful and kind and tended to my needs. Went to the pool area for the hot tub “specifically”, the hot tub wasn’t even hot at all! A couple with their 2 month old baby got in the hot tub with me. It was basically a bath. Was told by front desk that only maintenance could charge it and that he wouldn’t be back until the next morning. Also the roof was leaking on us. Breakfast seemed incomplete but it was ok. Attempted laundry. Didn’t think I need quarters. There’s no coin machine and front desk doesn’t supply them. The only really good thing I have to say about this hotel was the price and the staff. They all were really nice.

Very nice!!
I was there for my brother's funeral and had a very long drive. It was so nice to have a smiling face greet me as I walked into the hotel. Staff is friendly, food is great and the rooms are very clean. Only issues is the pillows were not comfortable. But, everything else was fantastic!! My family and I stay at this La Quinta every time we have to go to Illinois.

The people above us kept us up all night banging, stomping, kids running. Had to call desk to request call to them. Didn’t stop but got a little better. Also we were not able to park handicap or even close because at night parking is hard to find. So I ended up dropping my mom at door and parking around back and walking around entire building. The back entry door was not working. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Neat hotel
Overall a nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Our room had a cracked window and the heater was funky (it was either too warm or too cold ot really able to set it to a temperature) but since i didn't let them know that there was an issue i can't complain too much. Overall a nice budget frindly hotel. I would go there again.
