Not pleased with this place. Towels the size of hankerchiefs, COLD- asked for blankets and told "we don't have blankets, turn up the heat". No recycling bins. The beds were awful. Extra 20$ to park. I have used La Quinta extensively in the last 2 years and this was not up to par.

We had a wonderful stay at La Quinta! The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. When we first arrived we had some concerns because it is located right next to the highway and the planes from O'Hare fly directly over the building, we thought it would be very noisy. The reality is that its quiet once you're inside you would never know its near a highway and the airport. We also had a wonderful experience with the shuttle service that the hotel provides. We drove to the hotel because we wanted to see the sights of downtown Chicago and the shuttle took as the the airport to catch the blue line every day and picked us up at the end of the day at the airport free of charge. If you are going into the city it is about a 40 minute ride on the CTA blue line, it was convenient and efficient way to travel. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
