I really liked the airport shuttle, breakfast, and overall the hotel was very well-kept and clean. The beds were extremely comfy in my opinion. I would stay here again the next time I am flying out of O’Hare again and need somewhere to stay and park my car.

Very helpful staff, extremely kind both hotel staff and shuttle service. Close to the airport, good price. A lot of good restaurants within walkable distance. Very comfortable beds, great shower. Looking clean and high end. I’d come back for sure.

Do not stay here

I’m sure I’ll just get an automated reply about doing better, but really you should do better. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I stay at a lot of hotels for work. The location was weird and it looks like the hotel was a former half-empty office building. I had a rental car and had to pay $20 for parking per the hotel in a lot that was half empty. Ridiculous. Then I get ti my room 417, and it was like something had been on fire in my room. Turns out that the previous account had burnt the desk and counter top (see photo). When I called the front desk, he said oh no there shouldn’t be smoke that happened two days ago.” I was shocked by the response. One I was given a room with damage to it. Two, it was fresh. Close the room. He did nothing to remedy the situation. I was exhausted and did not fight it. The breakfast was bland and they’re still using styrofoam plates.

The front desk gentleman working on the evening of Feb 16, 25 was probably the most gracious, genuinely kind man I have had the pleasure of meeting. If I could give him 10* I would. I would recommend this hotel because of him

Nice hotel, poor customer service

We were told we had to pay a $20 parking charge which was not stated on hotels.com or the hotel’s website. We asked for a mgr and were told there would not be one til the next day. When we got to our room it reeked of marijuana. We told the front desk and they wrote it down on a spiral notepad. Other than that the room was nice, great location and good breakfast. The service was just bad.

This place is dirty and there was urine under toilet seat and instead of giving new room they just said sorry. Worst part is their shuttle is super limited and stops after 8pm. Its not clearly disclosed and you have to dig through the website to find that out. So after standing for 40 minutes at shuttle waiting area i called them and they said too bad out shuttle stops at 8 and reservation is not refundable. For $100 plus a night book anywhere but here. All other hotels do pickups 24/7. Guess what Laquinta people fly in to airports after 8pm. Your service is terrible.
