Loews Chicago is an excellent place to stay. The service was outstanding, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels clean, modern, and well taken care of. Rooms are comfortable with a fresh, new feel. The location can’t be beat — you’re within walking distance of the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and just about every other tourist spot you’d want to see in the city. Perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great service.
