I enjoy staycations in Chicago trying out new locations and accommodations and this has been by far my favorite. The hotel immediately has an elegance to it, calmness and the beds were very comfortable. We are very happy with our stay and plan to go again since the rooftop was closed due to the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at LondonHouse. Everything is kept to a high standard and the customer service was great. We really appreciated the hotel having some umbrellas on a day it was raining. To improve, you could sort the taps’ temperature consistency out and improve lighting in the rooms which don’t have as much natural light.
