Beautiful property that seems well maintained. Staff such as the concierge staff and bar staff were attentive and friendly. Room was cozy and clean. Perfect location with riverwalk and Magnificent Mile right on the nearby corner. Would stay again!

A great hotel in the middle of it all
London House is a Chicago gem. A calm respite right in the heart of the city. Check-in was simple, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room was in wonderful condition. We were there to do all the Christmas in Chicago things with our kids so we didn’t spend a great deal of time exploring the hotel, but what we did see definitely piqued our interest to put this hotel on our list of places we love to stay while in the city.

This hotel was not as good as it described in Expedia. We sent special request to have quiet and client rooms for our family members. They did not even pay attention to our request and provide a very noise room to us. The room was next to an icing machine with very loud noise All the time. We requested to change to another room with quiet environment, but they can only give us a room next to the elevators which we heard a lot of loud noise in the middle of the night and early morning. We were so upset with this hotel. I will never go back again!
