For what we paid, not worth the value. Air conditioning was weak and definitely didn’t get down to desired temp, walls were very thin and we could hear everything both from neighbors and the hallway, restaurant very overpriced. Can’t order a full breakfast from room service. Easy walk to Soldier Field. But for what we paid we absolutely did not get the experience we expected.

This Marriott did not disappoint me and my family at all. The classy and upscale building was extraordinary along with the staff. The exterior of the building was clean. There was no local people standing around, just guest coming and going. So I felt like the area was pleasantly safe, but we all know nowhere is 100% safe. The interior of the building was super clean, no dust bunnies in sight which is highly unusual. The food was great, however I wish there were more choices since you’re kind of far(not in walking) from the city. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying here again.
