This is such a beautiful hotel. We had a king bed with lake view and we stayed on 7/4 so the fireworks were beautiful on the lake. Super comfy bed and the best pillows ever!

we decided to stay another evening. The staff assured me that we would get reimbursed because I was told I had to do it online. I didn't want to move rooms and I reserved a higher room thinking it was the one we were in. When asked about being reimbursed, they told me it was coming. I have not received a reimbursement.

The property was nice, quiet and clean. We stayed for a concert and were able to walk back along a path and then through a neighborhood after the show which was nice. The room was comfy and spacious.
