The room itself smell like either a dog park or a kitty litter box uncleaned both combined ... then, as I was getting my clothes on to check out at around eleven fifteen and I explained that to the person beating on the door I was demanded on multiple occasions after saying that I was not dressed to open the door..... i called 911 as a result

Smelly room, no coffee
The first room we got was extremely smelly. We eventually got another room that didn't smell. This hotel has no breakfast or hot water for coffee. No fridge or microwave. It's terrible. Don't stay here.

I asked could I check in early at 8 in the morning for them to tell me no rooms is cleaned I waited 2 hours just for em to tell me the room they wanted me in ain’t clean just for me to pay a extra 30 plus 45 dollars so I can upgrade my room n check in early for that room to be dirty as well they also had bed bugs in that room bc I got ate up the bathroom also was dirty hair all in it left over soap scum just a no for me

I have booked non-smoking room and they provided smoking room. The room is of smoke smell. It was terrible to stay with family in that room. When I informed this in the receptionist, they informed that they don't have non-smoking room at that time.
