This is a basic motel they don’t have shampoo and do not have it for sale for you. If you arrive early, you can’t leave your bags. There is a slight mildew smell in the place. I like to save money but the whole time I was like I will pay the extra 50 bucks for something decent. I will not return.

A cockroach in the sink welcomed us as we entered our room after almost 20 hours of flight, that is why we stayed. We just needed a bed, but one of them was very uncomfortable.

We stayed at this Motel 6 for seven nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. When we arrived early, we asked if they could hold our bags, but the staff was extremely rude and refused to accommodate us in any way. That set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room was only cleaned once during the entire week, and we had to repeatedly request clean towels because they were never provided proactively. The garbage cans in our room were never emptied unless we asked, which made things even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. Overall, the service was poor, the cleanliness was lacking, and the attitude of the staff made it clear that guest comfort wasn’t a priority. Would not recommend and definitely will not return.

Motel 6 from Hell!

Terrible stay, we had two rooms booked but when we arrived they had given on of our rooms to someone else. They were able to get more money for their rooms because of the high demand for rooms this weekend. So they sold it out to get more money out of our room. My Hotels.com itinerary showed I had booked two rooms, but they just said it was wrong and denied the fact that we had booked two rooms. We ended up having to split our group up into teo different hotels! This was very frustrating indeed! They also lied and said we had already paid for our room, but we hadnt yet. Very shady outfit indeed and I wouldnt recommend them. Also, there were roaches in our bathroom, and the TV didn't work the first night either. Will never stay in a Motel 6 ever again! 😡

The lady staff was rude. The night shoft dude was pretty cool. Very nice and helpful. Theres a lot of moldi n the bathroom so that was a minus. The tooms were really clean and smelled good. That was a plus. Overall my pups were comfortable that all that matters.
