We weren't allowed to stay here with our service dog without out a certificate. When I explained that there is no certificate, the staff called me a liar.

Absolute pit of a hotel and I've seen some bad hotels. This one is only bested by the hotel that still had crap in the toilet, literally a crap in the toilet... dont save here, its cheap but not worth it.
