We did not get a room upgrade and the rooms are very dated. Popcorn ceilings and the bathrooms need an overhaul. The restaurant was great and the hotel doormen were great. Otherwise, this place was not representative of a 4.5 star hotel.

Phenomenal service from the Bellman to the Front Desk. For the price I just wish the hotel would have been updated a bit. Still a little dated with the old tub/showers and just overall decor. Great location to restaurants and activities. Again, phenomenal service.
