Hot tub was broke all the offered was an extended check out time
This place was terrible. I paid $183 for two nights. I was downgraded on the room and also because I don’t feel like they had the room that we reserved. There were other people who had the same issue and they were given refunds when we did not ask for it meaning there was something wrong at the hotel. Nothing that we done. I was given $35 back what hotel is giving you money back and for what? this place wouldn’t have given us anything back if it was our fault that whatever changed but the room was downgraded, and we were given an unrequested refund for 35 which doesn’t reflect on what I paid so I wanted to know will I be getting my $35 back because I paid 180 something they gave me a receipt which I posted for how much they charged. We couldn’t even use the tub because there was nothing to stop up the tub with.
