The rooms were clean and comfortable. Outside was pure ice on the pavement it was extremally slippery and very hard to find parking space.

During my stay…
During my recent stay at this establishment, I experienced a consistently pleasant experience. However, I did encounter a minor inconvenience due to the inclement weather conditions in Chicago. The light snowfall on the ground transformed into ice, causing the parking lot and walkways to become treacherous. I personally experienced three slips while walking back and forth from my car. I would have appreciated it if the establishment had taken measures to salt the parking lot and walkways to ensure the safety of its customers during adverse weather conditions.

The bedding was stained and did not look laundered. There were stains in the baseboards that looked disturbing. The headboards were dirty on top. The toilet looked like something I have seen in a prison cell in the movies. The curtains were wrinkled and looked like they came out of a storage tub. We left after spending ten minutes in the room and did not return. Beware!

VERY GOOD, SAFE , FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS. We did not like the walking outside from Reception or Check-In to our room because our room was not connected to main Reception/Check-In building.
