The room looked to be ok, until I tried to turn on the heat. It never came on, and it was 35 degrees that night. I turned on the lights in the restroom, and a crowd of roaches greeted me. This facility refused to accommodate me because I ordered from a 3rd party.

Wasn’t as good as I expected. The heat kept going down during the night and got cold. Had to get up in the middle of the night and adjust. Went to get coffee at 6:00am and they did not have any. There was no continental breakfast. Won’t go back even if I have to pay more somewhere else

Rooms were clean, the rooms were older but the staff has been updating them. I would classify this as a retro hotel. Pricing was wonderful, location was perfect. There is housekeeping and they come 1x a day take out trash, dust, vacuum and swap towels. They do not change your sheets. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I was concerned with the mix of good and bad reviews but after being there with a few family members with a few different rooms, it's a great choice for a budget.

The first room I got had a big ass dead roach and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector which was ladder high there was blood on the top blanket and a black mark on the sheets I complained to management they transferred me to another room but was surprised that the room wasn’t cleaned than the other room key didn’t work I had to make like 4 trips in and down the stairs to get my key reactivated after it worked the carpet still wasn’t vacuumed the beds were cleaned but there was a big ass roach on the wall. Than the next day I woke up and found a big ass roach on the vanity. I came down for navy graduation so all hotels were sold out so I had no other option to stay here.

We changed 3 different rooms in just 1 day! The first room was on the very far end of the 2nd floor. Very dark and the furnitures were like in the 50's. Smelly! The 2nd room has broken bathroom door broken; i can't close and lock it. The front door where the chain was connected to the trim came off and fell on the floor. It looks like someone push it hard from the outside that the door trim got busted. This concerned me very much. All night long people above us kept on stomping their feet. Walking all night long. We were not able to sleep. To make matter worst, 5 am they turned the music on so loud! I couldn't call the front desk afraid of retaliation. (if you can call it a front desk. A small window with a glass and a bar. I guess for their own security). The following day before the check out, I complained and demanded my remaining 2 nights to be refunded. Fortunately, they did. The place is so run down, Disgusting! I don't believe there are other costumers checked in. Very few cars parked at the parking lot. It makes me wonder how this place still in business.
