If you're looking to be moderately comfy and save some money, I'd reccomend the place. The staff were kind, the area was nice (a lot of Korean Food), and the condition was agreeable overall. It's a 3/5 because the room was pretty dusty, the parking lot is tight, and the bathroom area was small and dingy. The bed was lumpy too.

In the room next to me they had a guest with a dog that barked off and on all night. They moved me after a couple of nights and some guy set off the fire alarm by smoking in his room. Seemed like a lot of transients.

Great price in a good area. Only stayed for two nights, but had no issues. Allows pets but there's no outside pet area (There was a park in the neighborhood a few blocks away though)
