The staff was friendly and there was a lot to do nearby. However, the bed had stains all over it, and the pillow had holes in it. The hairdryer in the room was rusted and did not work. Our shower made an awful squeal every time we ran hot water, and in the morning, it sounded like an animal was going to break through our ceiling.

I stayed at room 257. For the price I paid, I can’t really complain much. It did its job. I got a microwave, fridge, bed to sleep on, 3 small pillows to use, an AC, hot shower, and TV. The bed and the bathroom looks clean enough that I didn’t feel the need to be cautious about touching anything. The check in and out went smooth. It’s close enough to the airport but not too close that you’ll hear airplane noises. I don’t actually remember hearing the planes. The only thing I didn’t like is how noisy the exhaust fan in the bathroom is when you turn it on and the shower makes a weird whistling noise. I will definitely stay again.

I thought that this property was good value for money and conveniently located near O'Hare Airport. Would recommend if you just need a clean place to rest your head before heading out to the airport.
