Staff were great. Ramon, the bartender was outstanding. The room was a decent size but the heater was Really noisy. The lobby was freezing with the doors not keeping the cold air out much at all. Great location for what we were doing in the North Chicago area.

staff was good. The room was showing age as is the whole hotel. Internet access is very bad, couldn't get a connection for my stay, asked at front desk but not helpful.
