The parking for this hotel is expensive and not convenient for paying hotel customers. It has no mention of the situation of parking until getting to the hotel. Overall great experience

The kitchen and seating areas were tired and need updating. Pictures on walls were child produced and ugly. Bathroom was recently upgraded and was nice.

My room was not the best. The outlet in the restroom was broken and exposed wire. The bed has allot of little curly hair on bed and pillows. Kitchen utensils still had food on them.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely terrible. The manager on duty on check-in would not even let us check in 30 minutes early without charging for an early check-in. We did not get an upgrade of any kind, and the entire hotel smells like marijuana.

This property was located in a very convenient location, close to all tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. However, when I arrived at the airport, I called to ask if early check in was possible and the receptionist said yes. I continued to ask if there was any extra charge for it and she said no on the phone so we made our way to the hotel first. Once I got there, the receptionist who took my call said she told me it would be an extra 50 USD to check in early. I told her I asked her clearly and she didn’t mention that but she kept continuing to say she did. And then she said we can do early check in for 40 USD then. So we said whatever and went through with it because we had already spent money to uber to the hotel. We were upset with this service. But overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Our only complaint was we had trouble getting sheets for the pullout bed. They should’ve been in the room as we booked for 4 people. We had to argue with the staff at 10 pm to get them.
