Too strict-

They charged my card an hour or two before i checked in and chase declined it because Chase bank thought it was fraudulent. Usually, this just means i approve the purchase and they run the card again. Well, sonesta es automatically cancelled my resevration but sent no communication that they did so i showed up to the hotel where they told me it was cancelled. Rooms were still available for me to book but for three times the original price. I ended up booking elsewhere.

The new remodel to this hotel has made it so much nicer than it was years ago. Our suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by all the upgrades I got due to my member status.

It was a good hotel with no housekeeping for us because we only stayed for 3 days. That is what the reception lady told me when i asked for someone to clean our room, towels and toilet paper were the only thing they left over the sofa. Nothing more. They didn't even get the towels on the floor. But other than that, it was ok.
