The positive: Near all CTA L lines and bus access. Walking distance to Millennium Park and Sears Tower. Great place to stay if you’re in town on business. The Negative: Parking is nonexistent. They have valet service but you’re going to pay over $70/night. Not really a great place to bring children. They have no amenities to entertain them.

The hotel was nice and staff was professional and friendly. We stayed two nights and thought room would have been cleaned but must have missed the memo. It wasn’t a big deal but we did need extra towels, which were brought to the room right away.

My only disappointment, so far, is the very poor tv reception. Unsure if it’s the tv itself or signal. The room itself is truly exceptional. Looking forward to the provided breakfast tomorrow.
