Worst hotel that i ever stayed got there around 8pm on a monday lady in the desk bery very rude around 7am construction start with a lot of noise repairs going on why dont you close the hotel instead of waking people up with noise at 7am?

The room was very big and nice. Bathroom was clean but could tell they were still doing renovations. Pools were closed due to renovations being done. Not a lot of parking at the end of the night.

How to make sure there’s trashcan all level also if anybody smoke a cigarette outside the room, it goes in the van of the heaters and makes the room smell like cigarettes. They need a better way a better area to smoke people like I are very allergic.

Beyond happy with this place. I come to Chicago often and usually stay downtown but from now on, I will be staying here. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, beds are comfy, area is calm and parking is very easy. Maria was at the front desk and she was very welcoming, informative and processional, 10/10 customer service from her. I highly recommend this place.

The second floor needs three garbage cans outside the rooms besides the smoking stand and the bedroom need a bigger garbage can, and the refrigerator needs to be more colder beside that the team and the place is always clean
