The room was always clean and everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, not bad for the price I paid. A good option if you need a hotel close to the Great Lakes Naval Base.

The staff kept asking my family who were in town for a naval graduation “Do you all have a room at the hotel?” As if we would be there if we did not have a room .We also found bedbugs in our room, and although the hotel refunded us. You do not expect to get bedbugs from a hotel!? We did and it was disgusting. The room was musty so we should have suspected. The bedbugs bit my son on the legs and this is how we discovered the bedbugs. We had to go and stay at another hotel for the rest of our stay. It was very inconvenient as a lot of the rooms were booked due to the naval graduation.

Very comfortable stay

Tim was very helpful and let us check in early. He also provided me with a lot of information that helped me. I was there for my son’s graduation from the Navy. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and they provided breakfast. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the navy base for graduation. The price is very affordable too. I would definitely stay here again
