The river view from our room was spectacular. The room was clean, very spacious & housekeeping came back each afternoon to clean, even though we were not out of our room before noon each day (still in west coast time).

I would definitely stay here again. The river view was amazing and everything is within walking distance. I didn’t like the food at their restaurant but the drinks were really good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent weekend in Chicago to celebrate my birthday. Thankful for such courteous staff and the extra mile they went to make me feel celebrated! Our room had an awesome view of the river, was clean and comfortable and large enough to spread out some. Perfect location and walkability. We WILL be back to the Royal Sonesta downtown Chicago!
