Location of this property is perfect. You right on the river but in perfect distance from all shopping on the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and Millennium Park. If you enjoy to walk, like myself, you can get around to everything without having to spend money on uber/lyft/taxis. We used the hotel valet for parking overnights and it was the best choice. It is slightly expensive but I prefer having the ease of mind of not having to worry about finding parking or worrying about my car. Great hotel staff and valet. Would stay here again!

Front desk upgraded our room from City View to River View for free. The view was fantastic! Hoyt’s Bar had a good atmosphere and nice drink selection. Great hotel & staff and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.

We checked in. The staff was very friendly. He said your room is ready. When we got our key it was for the top floor. Didn’t know how to feel until we got to our room. It did not disappoint. I love staying here whenever we visit chicago. The location is perfect. Service is top-notch. I love that the staff is the same. I recognize the same bellmen/concierge and the same wait staff in Hoyt’s which tells me the hotel treats their people well. The Rooms are so comfortable. You can’t beat the location of this hotel. We were easily able to walk to any place we wanted to go. Millennium park, River north shopping, Navy Pier. We had a river view room which had an amazing view of the river in both directions. You will hear noise from the street, but that is expected staying in a big city. It was nothing excessive or more than expected. I always make sure to use a noise app at night on my phone to block it out so we can sleep. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
