My main complaints are that the hotel charged me triple the amount for a damage or security hold before I checked in (charged 295.55 and it should have only been $100) and then they charged me that same amount again 3 days later after I stayed at the hotel. The air conditioning unit in the room is so loud it was hard to sleep. The only plus to this hotel is mobil check in, convenience to Navy Pier and the floor to ceiling windows. There are more nicer hotels in Chicago for less. I would not recommend this hotel simply because of the billing issues which are very inconvenient for me and the noise in the room.

I give this hotel five stars. A very clean atmosphere. The staff is amazing, the valet workers knew my name, but the best was when I opened that door and seen that window view. It was amazing, gorgeous absolutely beautiful!! I would definitely stay again and tell people what a great experience I had here!
