The hotel was very nice and provided stunning views of Lake Michigan and the skyline. Unfortunately the one downfall of the stay was the front desk service staff. The young gentleman by the name of Jayden was unfriendly and not welcoming. He was not willing to help support in some basic needs we were needing help with. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay.
