It is somewhat noisy in the room due to the harbor as expected but the hallways were very loud as well and there did not seem to be any soundproofing from that noise. It also was unsettling to check in through a grungy parking garage area when expecting to walk into a nice lobby. That would have been nice to know about especially since there was a mystery liquid on the ground that stained my shoes. I didn’t even see it until later. It was darker and just not what I was expecting. Also, when I asked where my husband should park I was only given valet option and no one would tell me anything else. It was a very weird check in process but everyone was very nice. The room was a tad smaller than expected but it was worth it for the view. The couch was very uncomfortable and not easy to sit on without it swallowing you up.

We stayed at The Sable last weekend and we have a serious complaint: our own home now feels deeply, deeply inadequate. The views of the city were so stunning, they ruined my ability to enjoy the view of my neighbor's fence. And the service was so fantastic, I'm now struggling to readjust to the real world. To make matters worse, the bars and restaurants downstairs were way too convenient and fun—it’s a real problem when the best spot in the city is right in your lobby. It's a dangerous place that sets unrealistic expectations for daily life. 10/10, would have my reality ruined again.

This is the only hotel I stay at when I’m in town. The views are outstanding with an abundance of entertainment and dining options. The staff is amazing. What is disappointing is that WiFi isn’t included, the VIP parking is full price instead of a discount for hotel guest, and I never noticed there isn’t a pool on site (it’s not a deal breaker). The amazing location of this hotel and the staff is still worth the stay.

Our room 1313 was right off the elevator and noisy. All night long there was loud stomping above us so I’m not sure if there were loud guests or the gym above us? It was awful and we could hardly sleep. The water pressure in the room was probably the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel in years. The curtains were soo difficult to move and we were afraid they’d break. The building didn’t seem very secure either. We could take the elevator straight up without a key? People walk feely about the building. Weird! Front desk staff was just average but your cleaning staff and valet were very sweet. However… location is great and the room was very clean. Overall we didn’t sleep well.. super average.
