February birthday trip

Wonderful stay! Amazing location, parking nearby for those who dont want to pay for Valet service. Clean and spacious. And the pool/garden and fitness center we’re really impressive.

it was alright, $77 extra for parking, no breakfast included but it was like a little apartment. no fan for guests either. no phone for communication but u can text their number yet they take forever to respond.

I give it a 5/10

The game room needs a lot of repairing. The ping pong table is broken. The elevators should be separate from residents and hotel visitors. Also, the business room was no where to be found until my last stay. I paid for the amenities but couldn’t use them to my best advantage.

I want to like this property because the location is pretty good but last stay was unacceptable. I check into my unit to find a large stain on the sofa and on the rug in the bathroom. The soap dispensers were missing from my shower. To make matters worse the units on either of side of me were having loud parties. The doorman was overwhelmed by the number of guests that were showing up for the party and the police had to come to break up the parties. I tried following up with management but received no reply to my email. This property has a lot of work to do to ensure the quality of property and the safety of their guests.

Nice amenities but for a young crowd

Room was modern with great amenities. We really enjoyed the kitchenette and the prices are very affordable. The hallway and room smelled like smoke and both nights it was very loud from surrounding rooms. Great place if you're on the younger side and looking for a good time.

Incredible amount of space in a prime location

We stayed at Sentral after a trip to the Shedd with the kids. We had a great day and evening in the city and when we finally got to our room, we couldn't believe it! It was so spacious, we could have stayed for a week. Full kitchen, stocked with appliances, utensils, plates and glasses. Two full baths, two bedrooms and more closet space than we could have possibly used. Location was close to everything you'd need. We'll definitely be back.

I loved the apartment like hotel rooms. The decor and special touches were really nice! Location and pricing was also great!I just wish they had more elevators, with so many floors elevator waits were a little long. The staff was great as well and answered everything throughly that I needed. Will definitely be back
