It was smaller than what i expected from the picture. House had a good view but area rugs were in bad condition and just was not in a condition that we expected. Tub water did not drain properly. Nice location but not sure if i will go back again.

I was already paid in full through Expedia- Sentral charge my card an additional stay I understand the hold and the early check in but they charged and additional room and I been on the phone with them and my bank for 2 days to resolve the issue. They refunded my money back but I have to wait 3-5 days for it to clear - they didn’t have to wait any days to take it out of my account and they should not have taken it out in the first place. The employees are rude on the phone and didn’t apologize for their mistake or offer any complimentary.

We’ve stayed here a few times. This time was not great. This particular room was not in the best condition. Crack in the sink, walls, and broken air conditioning. Other stats have been far better. Check in is always a pain though.
