Don’t stay here in the COLD or arrive at NIGHT

Extremely poor signage to try and find room. Black ice on parking lot. Salt should have been put through parking lot and cleared better. Damaged weather seal on outside door - Let in freezing cold air. You could feel the cold coming in and it wasn’t even windy outside. See all pics. Would not recommend staying here when it is cold or arriving when dark. Not sure how it gets a 9.0 overall rating. When I checked out hotel employee shrugged off my concerns with a smirk when I told her about the freezing cold air coming in to the room. Don’t plan to stay here again. DEFINITELY NOT IN COLD WEATHER OR WHEN ARRIVING AT NIGHT.

Do not stay here

Dated and dirty. Find a different place to stay. Complained about 10 min after check in and wanted to get a refund and go down the street. Was given a story about this is a franchise that doesn’t answer to corporate and the person in charge could not authorize a refund, etc. Took another room that was slightly cleaner but still very dated and uncomfortable. No one contacted me about my experience as promised.

This property is in a good/quiet location. Unfortunately, it is in poor condition. The mattresses are squishy, the walls are filthy, the carpet is gross and the furniture is dilapidated. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up by deodorizer. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel but...

The hotel was beautiful & the rooms were incredible, but the breakfast was very lacking. We tossed our & went elsewhere (glad it was free)
