Excellent room size and amenities. Rooms a little older but still good quality and clean. Friendly service from everyone. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Only disadvantage was we had to drive to get to the breakfast area, but the overall cost/value of our stay was superb compared to other hotels in the area. Close to Woodfield Mall and reasonable distance to O'Hare. Would return and highly recommend for any family.

The lobby was light, bright and smelled so clean and fresh. Staff was friendly upon arrival and helpful when requesting bedding for the pullout sofa and additional towels. Our room was spacious and quiet with ample parking available, however, every wall had peeling paint and looked very dingy (could have greatly benefited from a wipe down with a magic eraser at the least). The sheets were stained and piling (not close to being smooth and/or crisp at all). Overall, our experience was decent/not bad but would have been much better with more attention paid to the condition of the rooms and linens.

Great place to stay for a family on a budget
Great room for a family of 5. It was like renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (full kitchen too). Tvs could be upgraded to smart tvs and 1 toilet area light was out. Staff was ready to send maintenance personnel but we were only staying overnight and were ready for bed. We will be back next time we come for our college student in Chicago.
