each time i stay here i am placed in one of three rooms on the third floor they are not as clean as they used to be and the beds are horribly uncomfortable, pillows are worse. they also apparently charge $8 for a bottle of water in your room. the air conditioner is loud and the digital bluetooth connection never works in any of the rooms.

Parking wasn’t bad, you can drop off your things at the front and park in the garage and there’s access on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Cost was $30 per day and I recommend if you’re going on a weekend…. Just park your car in the ramp and Uber everywhere. Super convenient. Great Korean Bbq places in the area, easy walk to McCormick Place. The room was nice and clean and laid out well. Breakfast was above average for a hotel Make sure to bring earplugs or get them at the front desk as the Metra has many tracks nearby and it sounded like an airport at 4am Saturday morning, to be expected in Chinatown honestly. Would def stay here again and I’m a rather picky person :)
