disappointed.

we arrived and the room wasn’t clean nor did it look like how it was displayed online. the couch cushions weren’t properly on the couch, seems like they rushed the job. on top of that, the AC was out of date and DIDNT WORK ! we were so dissatisfied we decided to take a quick shower, change clothes, and leave. we spoke with Bobby (the supervisor) at the front desk and he was extremely condescending and kept offering to put us in another room since we “waited a hour” to come to the desk and said we’d have to contact 3rd party for a refund. really bad experience, i wouldn’t book ever again.

Great stay

Visit was great. Room was spacious and buffet breakfast was a plus. The shuttle service was always on time and smooth. It is a 15min walk to the blue line from this hotel which was the only downfall, being that we also had a big group. No complaints it was a great stay and service was great, helpful and welcoming

The room is very spacious and well laid out. I liked everything about the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the room temperature was pretty much perfect day and night. I stayed for a week. If I stay there again I will bring a china plate for warming up food and maybe some cutlery. Breakfast was excellent during the week but more basic on the weekend when the hotel was full of kids. The lobby could use a refresh but the price of the hotel was reasonable so no complaints there. Pick up and drop off for airport goes every 1/2 hour. For sure I will be back.
