Excellent staff - okay hotel

The staff is very courteous. The shuttle service is great. Breakfast is okay. The major problem was that heating was not working and they did temporary solution where the heating can be turned on or off without thermostat. The hotel is pretty dates.

We had a good stay. It was closed to Cleveland metro station so easy to access city. Enjoyed gym and pool. Hotel gave us option to store Luggage once we checked out as our flight was in the night.

Staff was great, room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good, plenty for everyone. Towel holder was loose and bent, but did the job. My last day when i went to shower- the water was cold. Disappointed by that
