I’ve stayed here several times but this time I was quite disappointed; there was what appeared to be blood on one of our towels and old food on the floor. The shower knobs were hard to operate and when I got them to work I had to wait for brown water to clear before I could shower.

Great location, beautiful hotel

Amazing location right in the Loop and steps away from the Mag Mile. It’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff was very nice. The hotel gym was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my third visit to the Pendry and I will be returning. I love the boutique feel and the deco architecture. The staff is friendly and its so convenient to the theatre district and museums.
