The property was bustling all weekend. Live music on Saturday and the doormen were very pleasant and hospitable. The food, drinks, and service at the downstairs bar were all excellent - even with the busy holiday crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in an excellent location to enjoy all that downtown Chicago has to offer. Just a short stroll is all that is required to be at excellent restaurants and shopping, as well as famous Chicago icons. You can even use the hotel car for quick rides to anything within 2 miles. The staff was absolutely fantastic and our room was clean and well appointed. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant that are part of the hotel. We will absolutely stay here again.

Decided to try a different hotel for a night out in the city, and I ended up choosing the Pendry based on pretty great reviews. Overall, the Pendry was a nice hotel with attentive staff and nice decor; however, the hotel did not live up to expectations because of the amount of noise we experienced from both Michigan Ave outside and frequent noise in the hall throughout the entire night. It’s the only time in many hotel stays in Chicago, that I can say I slept terribly.

Great Location in the Windy City!
Had such a great weekend in Chicago - and really enjoyed our stay at the Pendry. It was the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere! The rooms were new, clean, and the beds were very comfy. The shower pressure was perfect (which is a small detail but made all the difference) The entire staff was very accommodating. The concierge even helped us get a reservation on a busy Saturday night in the city! Will be back!

The front desk staff was amazing. Welcome drink was a nice touch. They have many amenities at the hotel. Like cafe, restaurant and bar/lounge. I liked the style and views from my room. Their products are nice and I felt well taken care of. Check out and in was easy.
